He is survived by: his wife Nina Tate; his children, Allen Tate, Lana Parker (Michael), Savannah Parker (Jaron) and Hannah Griffin (Melvin); and his brother Mark Tate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a large circle of extended family.
