He is survived by: his mother Patricia Camacho (Dunlap) of Victorville, California; his wife Hethyr Smith (Vest) of Farmington, Missouri; his children, Hailey Smith of Bloomsdale, Mikayla Smith of Ironton, Alaina Smith of Wildwood, Lilyauna Smith of Farmington, Missouri and Kaleb Smith of Farmington, Missouri; and his sisters, Michelle Dunlap of Victorville, Norma Camacho of Victorville and Sandra Camacho of Victorville. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
