He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurst Nipper and Ethel Nipper (Jenkins); his siblings, George Nipper (Edith), Erma Boyer Hudson (Charles), Bernell Nipper, James Nipper (Melba), Deloris Akers (Lawrence) and Margaret Nipper (Clyde); and his parents-in-law, Bill and Ruby Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Nipper of Potosi; his daughters, Carla Jo Richards of Potosi and Tracey Lynn Isidro (Freddy) of DeSoto; his grandsons, Victor Isidro (Kimberly) and Andres Isidro; and his great grandchild Luisa Claire Isidro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the DeClue Chapel (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the Bismark Masonic Cemetery (100d Wallen Rd, Bismarck, MO 63624).
