He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Kirkhart (John), April Wade (William), Candice Winick and Rodney Jarvis; and his grandchildren, Summer, Ariel, Lilly, Trinaty, Matt, Whitney, Bentley and Liam. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
