With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Edward Golden Sr. of Potosi, Missouri, born in Hematite, Missouri, who passed away on May 5, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Golden and Thelma Golden (Volner); his grandparents, Elmer and Susie Golden; and his brothers, Gary Golden, Ronnie Golden and Christopher Golden.

He is survived by: his children, George Golden (Tracy), Willie Sansoucie (Amy), Carl Dion Franks (Crystal Woods) and Paula Boyer (Brian); his brothers, John Golden (Vickie), Tom Golden (Christina) and Mark Golden; and his friend Joy Yarbrough. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
