She was predeceased by: her parents, Garner Parmley and Minnie Parmley (Morgan); her husband Elmer Volner; her granddaughter Misty Gibson; her great grandchild Elizabeth Anderson; and her siblings, Billy Richards, Bobby Parmley, Hurshel Parmley, Perry "Tweed" Parmley and Mildred "Mickey" Parmley.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Volner (Cheryl), Christine Yarbrough (Mike), Jacquelene Gibson, Tammy Rice (Mike), Brenda Yarbrough (Kevin) and Dana Eye (Buddy); and her siblings-in-law, Frances Cooper, Hilda Volner, Debbie Parmley, Jane Volner, Wilma Parmley and Mike Volner. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (10052 MO-8, Potosi, MO 63664).
