He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wiggins (Portell); his daughters, Kendria Vance, Heather Reando and Sierra Reando; his stepson Justin Eckhoff; his sister Robin Rulo of Potosi, MO.; and his grandchildren, Logan, Alana, Mason, Jaylee, Zoey, River and Lila. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
