She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cerlos Minx and Mary Gladys Minx (Head); her in-laws, George Washington "Wash" Gibson and Mary Alice Gibson (Harvey); and her siblings, Donald Minx (Bernice), Sylvester "Butch" Minx, Paul Minx, Wilma Dierker (Warren) and Freida Slankard (Bob).

She is survived by: her husband Billy Gibson; her daughters, Marcia Harris (Terry) and Mary LaRue (Philip); her grandchildren, Terra Morris (Eric), Adam Harris (Rachel), Clay LaRue (Tricia) and Kristie LaRue; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Lexi Morris, Graham, Cole Harris, Lane and Leighton LaRue; her siblings, Tommy Minx, Jerry Minx, Garry Minx, Carolyn Dotson, Rose Dierker (Dave), Joanne Ossendorf, Elaine Minx Boyer and Peggy Robinson; and her sisters-in-law, Jo Minx and Bette Minx. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at the White Oak Grove Cemetery Church.
