With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Shivers of Potosi, Missouri, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Lloyd's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Lloyd's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He is survived by: his wife Doshia Shivers; his children, Rosemary Smith (Steve), Diana Price (Larry Pfeil), Junior Shivers and Reynold Shivers; his siblings, Imogene West and Edward Shivers (Sue); and his grandchildren, Connor Price and Kayla Goodson. He is also survived by Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (105 Clark St, Potosi, MO 63664). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (10396 Manders Rd, Potosi, MO 63664).
