She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob "Dee" Dobbs Sr. and Helen Dobbs (Courtway); her grandson Kaden; her siblings, Idia DeClue and David Dobbs; and her parents-in-law, Melvin "Arky" and Donna Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Bell; her children, Nick Maness, Candy Crawford (Joseph) and Kimberly Elder; her stepchildren, Michael Bell and Amy Burrus; her grandchildren, Justin, McKayla, Brianna, Dalton, Ryan, Ma'shylle, Hayleigh (Jason), Malynn, Isabella and Carter; and her brothers, Jake Dobbs and John "Jack" Dobbs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
