He is survived by : his wife Kathy Sue Richards; his children, Jason Blair (Melissa DeClue), Heather Griffin (Chad), NickCole Pashea (Joey), Charley Blair (Jackson Porter) and Casey Blair (Lana Hayes); his grandchildren, Peyton, Kiersten, Lauren, Julia, Paige, Robert, Taylor, Madison, Kyle, Brylee, Bella, Sophie, Caitlin, Dylan, Jobi, Leeanna, Layla, Tate and Easton; his stepmother Barb Blair; and his siblings, Shane Blair (Tyla), Shannon Blair (Kiley), Shawnda Dickinson (Robbie Kennon) and Carla Blair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
