He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harper and Eula Harper (McCullom); and his siblings, Mark Harper and Judith Harper. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Harper (Govero); his daughters, Laura Ifland of Park Hills and Corie Broten of Saint Louis, Missouri; his grandson Nicolas Harper (Angela) of Hillsboro; his daughter Jerod Broten (Kayley) of Kirkwood, Missouri.; and his siblings, Sandy Haley (Michael) of Kansas City, Missouri, Penny Harper of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Elizabeth "Libby" Lee of Bakersfield, California, Jeffrey Harper (Veronica) of Baton Rouge and Christopher Harper (Michele) of Jacksonville Beach, Florida.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
