She is survived by: her mother Carol Sue Warren of Potosi; her children, Major Philip Kwan, Dr. Courtney Kwan, O. D. of Ste. Genevieve, Coy Kwan (Xinru Zhong) of Houston, Adam Kwan of St. Charles, Missouri, Tasha Devens (Brinton) of St. Charles and Dr. Olivia Kwan; her grandchildren, Kanaan, Aleksander, Roman, Pierce, Reagan and Kora; her sisters, Cindy Skiles (Andy) of Potosi and Brenda Walther (Brian) of Blackwell; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Luz Kwan and Captain John Sutter. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
