He was predeceased by : his parents, Travis Eye and Rachel Eye (Coleman); his son Nicholas Eye; and his sisters, Kathy Rolens and Ann Marie Eye.

He is survived by : his son Chris Eye; and his siblings, Vicki Yount, Donna Simpson (Clay), Jody Eye, Mark Eye, David Eye, Melinda Cooper (Eddie) and Janet Bourbon (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
