He is survived by: his wife LaFawn Nickelson; his children, Lacey Mersinger (Philip), Heather Mathieson (Alex) and Chad Govreau (Emma); his grandchildren, Alyssa Govero (Lee Bess), Tania Jenkins (Mason Nelson), Seth Jenkins, Krystian Jenkins, Madalynn Mersinger and Macklin Mersinger; and his siblings, Glen Nickelson (Cheryl), Mike Nickelson, Curt Nickelson, Patricia Davis (Bill) and Tammy Nickelson. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and many wonderful friends.
