With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sylvia Jean Miller of Potosi, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Roscoe Scott and Esther Marie Scott (Dicus); her grandson Bill Joe Dean III; and her brother Ronald "Ronnie" Scott. She is survived by : her children, Diana Patterson, Marie Fortune (Donnie), Aaron Gunnells (Deann), Linda Waldrop (Trampas), Alaina Dean and Donald Miller; her brothers, Warren Scott (Cricket) and Donald Scott; her nephew Ronald Scott Jr. (Lorana); and her great-niece Hannah Marie Scott.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
