It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Churchwell of Powell, Missouri, born in Stella, Missouri, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Meador and Julia Meador (Woodfill); her siblings, Clayton Meador, Rebecca Meador and Larry Jones; and her nieces and nephews, David, Becky Bratton, Ethan and Amanda Bratton.
She is survived by: her children, Dea Rush (Johnny) of Lincoln and Lindsay Cohu of Powell, Missouri; her siblings, Carrie Jones of Powell, David Meador of Powell and Brenda Sue Meador of Anderson, Missouri; her grandchildren, Holly (Cordell), Rylie, Ashlee, Kaylee and Lexi; her great grandchildren, Samuel and Macie; Ruth.
