He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mankey and Patricia Mankey (Heaston); and his sister Melissa Mankey Sholders. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Mankey; his children, Jacob Mankey (Barbie) of Prairie Home and Joy Higgins (Blake) of California, Missouri; his brother Randy Mankey (Kim) of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Flood (Creed), Logan Fairchild, Laine Higgins and Shiloh Higgins. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
