She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Glen and Elsie Mary Mason (Heriford); her husband Walter Goodknight, Jr.; her sister Elna Clifton; and her son-in-law Gary Nigh.
She is survived by: her children, Cherie Nigh of Topeka, KS, Debra Irving (Michael) of Chariton, IA and Greg Goodknight (Debbie) of Princeton, MO; and her grandchildren, Misty Kerr (Jeff), Chad Nigh (Candi), Jammie Ryan (T. J.), Wendy Mershon (Tony) and Tarah O'Neal (Elliott). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
