He is survived by: his daughter Lisa McCulley (Steve Abel) of Mercer, MO; his nieces, Cherri Delameter (Tom), Terri Bevel (Monte), Kelli Beavers (Tim), Lori Westhues (Bob) and Julie Slattery (John); his nephew Chris Curry (Dawna); and his sister-in-law Donna Anderson.
