He is survived by: his wife Vicki Luper; his children, Artie Luper (Stephanie) of Princeton, MO and Andrea Luper of Newtown, MO; his brothers, Jack Luper (Margie) of Conroe, TX and Clint Luper of Trenton, MO; his siblings-in-law, Carol Stearns (Darrel) of Jewell, IA, Ronald White of Decatur City, IA, Roger White (Marcie) of Garden Grove, IA and Randal White (Heather) of Osceola, IA; his grandchildren, Ashley Quigley (Joseph) of Independence, MO, Malachi Stafford (Matt) of Harris, MO, Conner Luper (Karen) of Pattonsburg, MO, Hailey Luper of Hermann, MO and Mercedes Luper (Caden) of Maryville, MO; his great grandchildren, Parker Wayne, Palmer Dragen Lewis, Piper Susanne, Jackson Wayne, Alivia Rose, Baby Stafford and Baby Bean; and his aunt Teddy Luper of Ridgeway, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
