He was predeceased by: his father Orville L. Applegate; and his brother Michael Applegate. He is survived by: his mother Karen June Applegate (Gelski) of Purdin, MO; his wife Michelle Applegate of Purdin, MO; his sons, Levi Vansickle (Whitney) of Marceline, MO and Logan Vansickle of Purdin, MO; his sisters, Jennifer Amer (Ward) of Gladstone, MO and Jean Ham (Chris) of Brookfield, MO; his granddaughter Piper Vansickle; and his nephews, Tyler Ham, Brendan Ham and Gage Ham (Cinphany). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
