He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Helen Golubski. He is survived by: his children, Jason Cassity (Tamara) of Purdy, MO, Aaron Cassity (Dawn) of Mt. Vernon, MO and Stacy Cassity of Joplin, MO; his grandchildren, Chase Cassity of Republic, MO and Cameryn Rutledge (Kendall) of Mt. Vernon, MO; and his close friend Karen Wallace of Siloam Springs, AR.
