He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Pozniak and Ruby Pozniak; his brother David Pozniak; his wife Sandy Pozniak (Hunt); and his sibling's children, Kori Pozniak and David Pozniak II.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Pozniak of Pine Island, Florida and Donna (Richard Bottorf) of Republic, Missouri; his sister-in-law Kathy Pozniak of Springfield, Missouri; and his brother Kevin Pozniak of Purdy, Missouri.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions have been requested to the Building Fund at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Pulaskifield in care of the funeral home.
