She was predeceased by : her parents, William Welch (Bill) and Mildred Welch (Sexton); and her son Thomas Ward Sutter. She is survived by : her husband Stephen Sutter; her daughter Stacy Welch of Sullivan; her brother Daniel Welch (Kathy) of Texas; her niece Tara Lynn Harden (Adam) of Texas; her nephew Jason Welch of Colorado; and her cousins, Blake Johnson of Melvin and Susie Beeler (Arlie) of Knoxville, Tennessee..
