He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Lee and Almaretta Miller; his wife Wanda Lee; and his granddaughter Amanda Miller Hodges. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Linda Miller) and Vicki (Dellis Cookson); and his siblings, John Miller of Belleville, IL, Loretta Friel of O'Fallon, IL and Joyce Cook of Valley Park, Missouri..
