He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Martin and Vadola Martin; his friend David Holloway; his parents-in-law, Jerry Bess and Maggy Bess; his siblings, Barbara White and Gary Martin; his sister-in-law Bami Bess; his nephews, Eric and Corey Martin; and his niece Laurie Massey.
He is survived by: his friend Rob Ruser; his wife Cindy Martin; his son Jarrett Martin; his brothers, Gordon Martin (late Carolyn) of Wentzville, Missouri, Ron Martin Sr. (late Elvena) of Dexter, Missouri and Duane Martin of Puxico, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Todd Bess, Ashley Carlisle, Michelle DeLong and Lois Martin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Watkins Funeral Homes - Puxico (301 N Hickman St, Puxico, MO 63960). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home (301 N Hickman St, Puxico, MO 63960).
