We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2023, at the age of 83, Elmer Burgin McElhinney of Queen City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Monroe and Susan Violet McElhinney (Burgin). He is survived by : his wife Judy McElhinney of Unionville, Missouri; his children, Ron McElhinney (Lori) of Lancaster and Ronda Probasco (Jeff Ballanger) of Moulton, Iowa; his grandchildren, Lucas McElhinney (Haley) of Lancaster, Whitney Rigdon (Ethan) of Lancaster, David Probasco of Moulton and Haley Probasco of Moulton, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Brenton, Sophie, Chayton Thomas, Drake Macomber, Brantlee, Brinklee McElhinney, Oakley Rockhold and Ryder Rigdon; and his sisters, Mildred Kiser (Wendel) of Kirksville and Joyce Hill (Richard) of Unionville, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.
