She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelis Bensink and Esther Bensink; her husband Floyd Wilcox of Kansas City, MO; her siblings, Henry Bensink (Betty) and Ruth Van Genderen (Russell); her brother-in-law Jerry Van Hal; her sons-in-law, Robert Kain and Jerry Myers; her granddaughter-in-law Kathryn Kain; and her grandson Rodney Fincher.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel Lourens (Johnnie) of Creston, IA, Sheryl Slings (Bobby) of Prairie City, IA and Scott Lourens (Patty) of Osceola, IA; Debbie Fincher (Tim) of Greentop, MO, Connie Gilworth (Doug) of Unionville, MO and Jeanie Myers of Unionville, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and four great, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (711 Washington St, Queen City, MO 63561). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at the Lone Pine Cemetery.
