He is survived by: his mothers, Verlin Wayne Sullivan and Loreydean Mosley Sullivan; his wife Natalie Sullivan; his daughters, Courtney Elder (Dan) and Andrea Headley (Billy); his stepchildren, Bobby Trusty (Joyce), Catherine Smith (Matt), Nathan Trusty, Hannah Spradling (Devon) and Haylee Bristol (Thomas); his grandchildren, Braxton Ainley, Riley Spradling, Dillon Spradling, Lillian Root and Autumn Bristol; and his siblings, Doug Sullivan and Crystal Sullivan.
