He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Lewis and Phyllis F. Lewis; his children, Ashley Price and Michael Ogle; his brother Joe Price; his siblings-in-law, Rita Price, Tim Coffelt and Christopher Ogle; and his grandparents, Perry, Rosella Lewis, John and Florine Price.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie M. Price, Maverick J. Price, Samantha J. Peterson (Donte) and Shanon R. Cook (Josh); his grandchildren, Michaelynn Price, River Peterson, Morgan Cook, Madison Cook and Mason Cook; his great grandchild Valee Heinz; and his siblings, Johnny Price, Elaine Coffelt, Jeff Price (Misty) and Donna Walter (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In memory of Jim, his family suggests memorials to the Sheridan Christian Church or Oak Lawn Cemetery Association.
