Catherine Muriel Langewisch Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Muriel Langewisch of Raymore, Missouri, who passed away on July 6, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mothers, Alda Bales and Viola Manley Bales; her siblings, J. W. Bales and Leona Meyer; and her son Curtis Langewisch.
She is survived by: her husband Edwin Fred Langewisch; her children, Edwin Langewisch (Deborah), Stewart Langewisch (Carol), Betty Pennington (Barry) and Keith Langewisch (Barbara); her daughter-in-law Brenda Langewisch; and her sister Dolores Roberts. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the New Franklin First Baptist Church (206 E Broadway, New Franklin, MO 65274). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations will be given to the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
