He was predeceased by: his parents, Orbie Lawrence Fugate and Flora Melissa Fugate (Cole); and his siblings, Orbie Paul Fugate, Latha Janetta Groves, Betty Jane Skinner Evans, Lawrence "Bud" Arthur Fugate and Donna Kaye Franey.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Fugate (Patterson) of Raymore, Missouri; his children, Jennifer Leigh Ramirez (Alberto) of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Jared Shea Fugate (Katie) of Kansas City, Missouri; his granddaughters, Hailey, Clara and Riley; and his sister Margaret Ann Patton of Palestine, Texas.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cullen Funeral Home, Inc. (612 W Foxwood Dr, Raymore, MO 64083). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at the Raymore Cemetery (515 S Aspen Dr, Raymore, MO 64083).
