He is survived by: his mother Norma Banks; his wife Trella Hill Banks; his sons, Mason, Blake (Britney) and Bryce (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Caden, Colton, Maverick and Brynlee; his brothers, Rick (Brenda), Mark (Marsha) and Roger (Lynn); and his close friend Danny Cook.
