He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Parker; his children, David Parker (Rebecca), Tanja Keay (Jim) and Libby Rinehart (Jim); his sister Nancy Richardson; and his grandchildren, Natalie Parker, Brad Parker, Danny Keay, David Keay, Andrea Simecka (Aiden) and John Rinehart.
