She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ralph Collins and Frances Irene Loos; her husband Dr. Robert E. Stach; her brother Eugene R. Collins; and her stepson Justin Stach.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Taylor (Harold Borquez), Michelle Perkins (Greg) and Kelly Gebauer (Michael); her stepsons, Ryan Stach (Jessica) and Chris Stach; her brother Dale Collins (Michelle); and her sister-in-law Sherri. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
