He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dvorak and Adelaide Dvorak (Downey). He is survived by: his wife Mary Dvorak; his children, Kevin Dvorak (Anna), Cindy Price (Truman), David Kravish (Debbie) and Jeffrey Kravish; his grandchildren, Marissa Dvorak, Genevieve Dvorak, Brooke Jacobson, Ryne Jacobson (Madison), David Kravish (Ashton) and Aaron Kravish; and his great grandchildren, Declan and Elsie Rae Kravish.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1800 MO-150, Lee's Summit, MO 64082). A rosary was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
