She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Strong and Sadie Strong; her grandmother G. G.; her great-grandparent G. G. Each; her husband Kenneth Baird; her children, Skip Baird, Sandy Heishman, Tom Baird and Stanley Baird; her son-in-law Del Heishman; and her brothers, Stanley, Darrold and Doyle Strong.
She is survived by: her brother Darroll; her children, Caroline Hart, Cindy Baird, Ruth Ann (Bruce Heberle) and Debi (Bruce McWilliams); and her daughter-in-law Darla Baird. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Paradise Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holmes Hall at Foxwood Senior Living Center (1500 W Foxwood Dr, Raymore, MO 64083).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Raymore Christian Church in care of Knell Mortuary.
