As we bid Audrey farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Audrey is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Heslop and Marjorie Heslop; and also Muffin Mathison. She is survived by: her son Chris Mathison (Emily Braly); and her grandchildren, Jake Mathison, Nikki Mathison, Abbie Braly and Allie Braly.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133).
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Kansas City Hospice House.
