He is survived by: his wife Isabelle Abarr; his daughter Maureen Elizabeth Coulter (Drew Clark) of Kansas City, KS; his grandsons, Khalil and Holden; his son Michael Charles Coulter of Grandview, MO; his great grandchild MaryAlice Rose Coulter of East Lansing, MI; his siblings, T. Marie Harris of Tulsa, OK and James D. Coulter (Carolyn) of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Ingram, Andy Abarr, Weldon Abarr, Charles Abarr and Russell Abarr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
