She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Dale and Lura Dale; her siblings, Garnett Dale and Lee Williams; and her husband Clarence "Cass" Cassing.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Benedict (Paul Benedict) of Evergreen, CO and Clint Cassing (Aimee Cassing) of Kansas City, MO; her grandsons, Jake Wilson of Kansas City, MO and Tucker Wilson of Lee's Summit, MO; and her great grandchild Everleigh Wilson of Lee's Summit.
