He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther and Ralph; and his grandson Christian. He is survived by: his children, Skylar Springs (Missouri), Kelsey Springs (Kansas), Haylie Springs (Missouri) and Rebecca Springs (Missouri); his siblings, Jill, Sterling and Chip; and his grandchildren, Reina, Junior, Hunter, Jordan, Alayliana and Kyzer.
