He is survived by: his close friend Winnie; and his children, Andre Howard, Earl Howard, Jr., Cassaundra Parks-Wolfe, Sherry Berry, Sistonya Meeke, Christina Miller and Charlotte Parks. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, loving extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heartland Cremation and Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:55 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
