He was predeceased by : his parents, Victoria Mae Brown and Edward Patrick Kelley; his sister Patricia June Kelley; his wife Vivian Kelley (Coe); his children, Maureen Griffin and Timothy Kelley; and his granddaughter Heather Wood.

He is survived by : his daughter Monica Kelley; his daughter-in-law Barbara Kelley; and his grandchildren, Melissia Stanway, Megan Varilla, Aaron Kraft, Austin Griffin, Amanda Kelley and Reanae Kelley. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
