It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erma Louise Blevins (Raytown, Missouri), who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Blevins of Kansas City; her parents, James Smith and Velma Smith; and her brother Donald Smith of Butler. She is survived by: her son Randy Blevins of Raytown; her brother Gary Smith (Mary) of Greensburg; and her sister-in-law Peggy Allison. She is also survived by cousins and nieces and nephews.
