It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack D. Wallace (Raytown, Missouri), who passed away on June 6, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Jack D. Wallace to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto R. Wallace and Gladys H. Thomas Wallace; and his siblings, Betty Wallace Chaffin (Junior), Philip Wallace (Daisy) and MaryLou Wallace Spanier (Chuck).

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wallace of Raytown, MO; his daughters, Kelly Snelling (Terry) of Independence, MO, Lynn James (Richard) of Raymore, MO and Sara Wallace of Raytown, MO.; his granddaughters, Dawn Snelling O'Guin (Travis), Andrea Snelling Graham (Jordon), Ginger James Nolker (Brent), Jackie James and Carly Snelling Crowder (Joe); his great grandchildren, Monica, Mackenzie, Travie O'Guin, Chazdon, Alexa Graham, Gabriel, Esther, Eliana, Elias, Dominic Nolker and Clay Jackson Crowder; his great great grandchild Landon Graham; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Williams. He is also survived by four nieces, two nephews, and many long-time close friends.

The family asks that those attending the visitation who are not fully vaccinated for Covid-19 please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Jack's name be made to: Kansas City Hospice House 12000 Wornall Kansas City, MO 64145.

I use to see Jack come and go from the property throughout the years. He was always friendly, kind, and compassionate when he saw me, as we both celebrated our birthdays on the same month and day of April 8th.
