As Jay departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jay may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jay leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jay Alloway and Juanita Ehrman Alloway; and his brother Tom Alloway. He is survived by: his wife Beth Osborne Alloway; his daughters, Shannah (Kelly), Heather and Tami (Josh); and his sister Sheryl (Richard). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
