She was predeceased by: her grandparents, David, Roberta Liggett, Warren and Rilma Biswell. She is survived by: her parents, David Liggett and Kathy Liggett; her children, Tyler Fisher (Kalin), Kaitlynn Fisher-Gouge and Mickey Nelson (Raegan); her grandchildren, Cecilia, Sullivan, Henry Gouge, David, Charlotte and Simon Nelson; her siblings, David Liggett (Marlea) and Ginger Duckworth; and her nieces, Maclair Spruill (DJ) and Liliana Duckworth. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Fourteen years ago, Jennifer registered to donate her body to science, but unfortunately because of her illness she was not a candidate.
