He is survived by: his parents, Claude Eidson and Barbara Eidson; his children, Steven Norris (Courtney) and Faith Eidson-Johnston (Lachlan); and his grandchildren, Kennedy, Malcolm, Aurora, Salem and Koda. He is also survived by sisters; and many cherished extended family members, lifelong friends, brothers and sisters in law.
Although he was not able to receive the transplant that would save his life, he gave the gift of sight through the donation of his corneas.
