He was predeceased by : his parents, William F. Shiner and Lily Shiner. He is survived by : his wife Janet Shiner of Raytown, MO; his sons, Jeffrey Shiner (Heather) of St. Louis, MO and Jeremy Shiner (Christina) of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Isaac, Jacob, Elizabeth and Julia; his sister Elaine Werdeman (Bill) of Springfield, MO; and his nephew Andrew Werdeman (Rhonda) of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
